Budget Calendar & Cash Flow

Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of Budget Calendar & Cash Flow (the "app"), published by Diego Ferreira, based in Ireland, under the name DF Dev Apps ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. The terms of the store you got the app from also apply: Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where they conflict, the store's terms apply to the extent the law requires.

What the app does

The app is a personal budgeting tool for iPhone, iPad and Mac. You enter your account balances, upcoming income and expenses, recurring items, cards and debts, or import a bank statement file, and the app projects your balance day by day on a calendar, shows when it would drop below your safety buffer or below zero, and lets you try a purchase against that forecast before you make it. Everything you enter stays on your device.

Information only

The app provides general information and estimates only. Its forecasts are projections from the figures you enter and may differ from what actually happens. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and using it doesn't create any professional relationship. For decisions that matter, check with a qualified professional. See also our Disclaimer.

Accuracy and availability

We work hard to keep the app correct and reliable. However, we can't guarantee that its results or content are always accurate, complete or current, or that it will always work without errors or interruptions. Statement import depends on the layout of the file your bank exports, which can change without notice.

Using the app

You may use the app for personal or business purposes. You agree not to misuse it, for example by interfering with its operation, or by copying, modifying or redistributing it except as the law allows.

You are responsible for the data you enter or import and for keeping your device and its backups secure. Don't use the app for anything unlawful, or for anything that infringes other people's rights.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and its content belong to us or our licensors. Open-source components are used under their own licenses. What you enter in the app is yours.

Third-party services

The app relies on these services:

How they handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue the app, or any feature, at any time. Before we add advertising or paid features that the app doesn't have today, we will update these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its results, including financial decisions made on the basis of its forecasts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Irish law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. You can bring a claim in the courts of Ireland. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union, you can also bring it in the courts of your country, and you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer laws.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we note significant changes in the app's release notes. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated terms apply. If a translation of these terms differs from this English version, the English version applies.
